First Bank Texas Names Michael Ramirez Fort Worth Market President

Fort Worth, Texas — First Bank Texas is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Ramirez as
Fort Worth Market President. Ramirez brings more than 20 years of banking experience to First
Bank Texas, with extensive expertise in commercial real estate lending, relationship
management and portfolio management.
Throughout his banking career, Ramirez has developed deep expertise in commercial real estate
lending and has worked closely with business owners, developers and other clients to provide
customized financial solutions. His experience includes managing complex commercial real
estate transactions ranging from $1 million to $50 million, as well as overseeing large loan
portfolios and managing the ongoing performance and risk of those relationships.

A longtime Fort Worth-area community advocate, Ramirez has served on the Board of
Commissioners for Fort Worth Housing Solutions since 2012 and is a member of the Greater
Fort Worth Real Estate Council. He was also recognized as one of the Fort Worth Business Press’
40 Under 40 in 2012.
Ramirez earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating summa cum laude.
As Fort Worth Market President, Ramirez will help lead First Bank Texas’s continued growth in
the Fort Worth market, with a focus on building relationships and providing responsive, locally
delivered banking solutions to businesses, professionals and individuals throughout the
community.
