Next Level Event Co. prides itself on bringing extraordinary stories to life. It officially launched at the beginning of 2024 igniting a passion that already existed. With over 20 years of combined experience, the team worked together in 2014 on a non-profit function and have been growing strong since.
Next Level Event Co. is a tribe that plans together, creates visions together and executes together. They are sisters, friends, husbands and children all working for a common cause, their client’s satisfaction and fulfillment.
“We are a family – we really work well together, and each of us plays our separate and combined roles,” says co-founder Rattana Mao.
Mao boasts that Next Level has found a niche in working with non-profits partly because many of them do not have event planners on staff, to manage, develop, and execute the responsibilities of organizing and fundraising. Because of the team’s experience working with non-charitable organizations, it is easy for Next Level to take the reins.
“It can be time-consuming to get it right. This is where we come in. Each one of us plays a part in helping each event be unique and make sure it is successful,” continues Mao.
Next Level Event Co. helps companies set goals, scout out locations, work with volunteers, assists with raising funds, and anything needed to help clients meet and exceed expectations.
“Certain ones of us can work better under pressure, others are relationship builders, we trust each other,” says friend, right hand, and co-founder, Kim Giles. She credits Mao as being the relationship-maker. “She is the one who “connects” with everybody.,” says Giles.
“If Rattana calls and asks you to do something – we say yes,” Giles continued.
Event companies can save time and frustration. Often, the industry expertise and connections are invaluable allowing the clients to not stress with details and enjoy the occasion. Another unique feature Next Level offers is help with grant optimization. They emphasize that grants are not just written, they are earned through expert crafting and strategic submissions.
