GRAPEVINE, TX – Monday, March 7, 2022 – Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Trenton Price, has been promoted to president of Vision’s brokerage division. Vision Commercial founder, Roger Smeltzer Jr. CCIM, will oversee the expansion of the Vision brand through the formation of property management and capital markets divisions.
Price joined Vision Commercial in 2017 after beginning his real estate career at another local firm. Starting as associate, he led landlord representation and investment sales growth of Vision’s Mid-Cities/HEB portfolio. In 2019 he opened the company’s new Arlington office at Choctaw Stadium, the Texas Rangers former baseball stadium.

Price represents over one million square feet of space and over nearly a billion in assets including representation of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club. As a highly active and connected community member, Price regularly volunteers for youth sporting events with the Amateur Athletic Union and has served six years on the Tarrant County Literacy Coalition’s Board of Directors. He is a member of both the HEB and Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
