The Melville Family Foundation continues partnership with Uplift schools and the M.I.N.T. Foundation to feed families in need

The Melville Family Foundation joins MINT and Uplift on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month as part of their “Uplift Saturdays” wellness initiative to feed hungry families in south Dallas.

Join the Melville Family Foundation, M.I.N.T., and Uplift as they continue their partnership to end food insecurity in Dallas. According to Feeding America, Texas is projected to have the highest number of people living in food insecure households in 2021. In response to this, the wellness program has worked to serve nearly 1,700 families in the last three months alone. The events have given support to families in need during the pandemic, and a contactless drive-through delivery system has also given them peace of mind.

To fight food insecurity in Dallas, show up as a volunteer at the upcoming Uplift Saturday event and help MFF and its partners distribute meals to those in need.

Saturday March 5th and 19th, 2022 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

M.I.N.T. Foundation warehouse, 1604 Falcon Drive, DeSoto TX 75115
